What an office search involves
A useful brief identifies the team size, location preferences, budget, move-in date and essential facilities. It should also distinguish between a conventional lease and a serviced-office arrangement.
OfficeSpace.Rent uses those requirements to prepare a shortlist and arrange viewings. The comparison should cover the usable office area, layout, property condition, access, parking, proposed terms and full occupancy cost. Availability and terms require confirmation for each property.
Costs and engagement terms
Searches and viewings have no upfront agency charge. A placement fee applies on successful lease signing under the agreed engagement terms. The published agency fee page explains the current fee structure.
