The managed office facility is truly designed to be “plug and play” offering whereby organisations are able to commence operations on day one without the distractions of establishing a working office environment. In addition as the facility is offered on a 6-month license rather than lease basis, once the initial license period has expired you are able to extend or terminate on just 30 days notice, thus providing you with a very flexible arrangement.

  • Hot-desks rate per month in Kemmuna Place (shared office space) – €375
  • All the fees quoted exclude VAT. VAT will be charged if applicable. One can also get additional services such as secretarial work, accounting work, faxes, photocopies, etc. at an extra cost.
