Semi Serviced Offices Attard. The price includes the following:

• Unrestricted and exclusive use of the office.
• Use of board room, kitchenette, sanitary facilities and waiting area (within the reception area)
  on a shared bases.
• Basic receptionist facilities during normal office hours.
• High speed internet.
• Connection to a PABX telephone system.
• Cleaning services (once a week).
• General office maintenance.
• Office block maintenance fees.
• Scanning services – up to A1.
• Rent of Water and electricity meters.
• Water consumption.
• Electricity consumption (within the shared areas only)

The electricity consumption of the rented office will be charged at cost through the use of a sub-meter.
Printing and copying services can also be provided (up to A1 size) at cost.
The office is served with a lift. An alarm system and a CCTV system are also installed.
The office will be rented in a finished state, with a standard of finish comparable to the other already
finished areas. The price does not include furniture.

Rental Value for Office no. 3 is €22.50/day.
Rental Value for Office no. 4 is €10.00/day.
