Pieta Office Space. Commercial premises are available for lease, for periods of up to 3 years. These offices are situated on the ground floor with own door. The interior office area is circa 100 Square Metres. One can also make use of a surrounding front/back garden. The premises are currently in an ‘open plan’ state. Any interior alterations [eg temporary partitions/walls] shall be at Client’s expenses and carried out following consent from the Landlord. For the first year, the rent shall be of Euro Fourteen Thousand (Euro 14,000), plus any taxes as may be applicable, per annum. From the second year, an annual increase of Five Per Centum (5{a183958fc7faa38e3cb9ca1450e4233f504ddfec890a1094f1ff0142768434a5}) shall apply. Rents are payable six monthly, in advance. Electricity, water, telephone, internet and any other bills, related and directly attributable to the running of the leased area would be for the account of Client.
